    This class has taught many things, I can say I became a better writer with this class. The environment of this class was collaborative and supportive. I’m a really shy person but this class help me put myself out there more. Andy putting myself out here more helped me a and my writing. I was able to think outside the box when it came to my writing. Taking what I learn and putting it in my writing. My experience in this class was good, everyone was really helpful. My classmates will give me great advice during peer reviews. Some skills I brought were during group work I was comparative and I brought a positive attitude everyday to class. And some skills I learned during this semester were that’s I was able to take Fritos not in a bad way but more of a helpful way.

   I challenged my self this semester with observations and interviews. With our Transcultural Interview Essay, it was my first time conducting an interview. That was a challenge for me since I’ve mentioned before I’m not really talkative. I learned how to approach the person I’m interviewing and what questions are right to ask. With observations I was able to lear how to take the right data. I believed I have achieved the course learning objective which one was fieldwork. We explore what is fieldwork and how we can become better fieldworkers. We show our knowledge of fieldwork with our Field Observation Essay.

   Everything we explore in this class from the Transcultural essay to the Multi modal translation taught me important skills that will always stick with me. The group work we did in class, for example peer reviews were really helpful. Everyone was really respect when giving feedback. In our Literature Review we had to research an issue or a question. And then we had to present to the class with an interactive presentation, at first I was really nervous to go in front of everyone and present. But all the things we did through the course helped me prepare for this presentation. So to conclude as I mentioned before I learned many things in this class.
